Summary

Kodiak Solutions is a company specializing in healthcare finance and revenue cycle management. They are seeking an Associate to oversee clinical revenue management tasks, applying technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients and enhance their revenue cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects
  • Apply both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clients
  • Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' revenue cycles
  • Collaborate with various levels of client leadership

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
  • 1-3 years of deep healthcare experience, with a focus on clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing
  • Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role
  • Exceptional financial and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • This position requires up to 20% travel to client sites as needed
  • Knowledge in hospital revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on charge capture processes
  • Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA)
  • Charge Capture and Coding Experience
  • Clinical experience

Qualifications

Must Haves
