Summary

The company is seeking a Customer Service Technician to perform on-site and remote service for power distribution equipment, including startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, customer support, service documentation, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: Static transfer switches Power distribution equipment Remote power panels
• Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
• Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents
• Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response

Skills

• Service experience with electric power systems
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs
• Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge
• Clean driving record
• Electronics or electrical training from military service
• Associate degree in electrical field
• Military training in electronics or electrical systems
