Recruiter - Education & Behavioral Health

Summary

LearnWell provides instructional and behavioral health services to students and patients receiving treatment. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for education, counseling, and behavioral health operations while partnering with hiring managers and internal teams to support onboarding, employer branding, recruitment process improvement, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions. This includes hiring teachers for our hospital partnerships and contractors for our counseling services
• Collaborate with HR, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for our teachers, clinicians, and staff
• Innovate and expand our network within the education and healthcare/behavioral health industries
• Contribute to the development of our branding, marketing content, and social media outreach
• Help improve our recruitment and onboarding processes
• Contribute to the overall development and strategic planning of our talent development

Skills

• • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• • Bachelor's Degree required
• • Ability to work under high-pressure situations
• • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• • High energy and strong work ethic
• • Comfortable working remotely 100% of the time
• • Preferred experience in recruiting within the education / mental health industry, but not required
