Summary
Litify is a legal technology company providing an AI-native platform for law firms and corporate legal departments. The Field Marketing Manager will own field programs and events from strategy through execution and follow-up, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and creative teams to drive brand awareness, attendance, pipeline, and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run Litify-hosted field events: executive dinners, roundtables, happy hours, workshops, and regional roadshows from ideation to execution, with a clear plan for what success looks like
- Organize and lead trade shows and industry conferences: from choosing the right activations and sponsorships to booth strategy, the hosted events around each show, and on-site meetings, making sure we maximize our presence and ROI
- Treat every event as a brand activation: partner with our creative team to bring the Litify brand to life, from booth design and on-site experience to content, giveaways, and every attendee touchpoint
- Own your program calendar end to end: budget, venues, vendors, logistics, invites, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, including setting targets and measuring business impact
- Partner closely with Sales on events:picking the right target markets and accounts, identifying the audience, driving attendance, and turning events into pipeline
- Support partner and customer events as part of our broader brand and GTM strategy: building activations that grow these relationships, deliver a great brand experience, and help expand our book of business
- Track and report on what's working: attendance, pipeline generated and influenced, and ROI- and use it to shape what comes next
- Collaborate with the full marketing team on pre- and post-event strategy, data and analysis, and design, while making sure everything is tracked
- Travel to events as needed (roughly 25–30%)
