College Intern

Summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers flexible vacation programs and vacation ownership products with access to resorts, hotels, cruises, and other travel experiences. The College Intern will support corporate tax technology and finance operations through data analysis, process improvement, automation, documentation, and AI initiatives under the guidance of department team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation
• Drive technology and AI initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Excel to identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities
• Develop and update process flow documentation using Visio
• Support corporate tax functions through process improvement, data analysis, and operational initiatives (excluding payroll tax)

Skills

• Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level
• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in the following fields: Accounting or Info Systems
