Sales Representative - Inside Remote

Summary

Mason Private Locating is a nationwide utility locating company specializing in private utility locating and related services. They are seeking a driven Remote Inside Sales Representative to expand their pipeline and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients
• Identify and qualify decision-makers within target accounts
• Schedule appointments for MPL leadership and outside sales
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Follow up with inbound inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals

Skills

• 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly organized and results-driven
• Experience in construction, utilities, field services, or related industries is a plus
