Summary
MCI is a tech-enabled business services company delivering customer experience, business process outsourcing, and technology solutions. The AI Governance Analyst will support governance frameworks, policies, risk assessments, compliance reviews, monitoring, reporting, and responsible AI practices across the organization. The role collaborates with legal, compliance, security, AI, and business stakeholders throughout the AI lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks
- Assist in developing AI policies, standards, and governance procedures
- Maintain governance documentation and control frameworks
- Support the implementation of responsible AI practices
- Monitor adherence to governance requirements across AI initiatives
- Help identify and manage risks associated with AI technologies
- Conduct AI risk assessments and impact analyses
- Support compliance reviews and regulatory assessments
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and industry standards
- Recommend mitigation strategies for identified risks
- Provide oversight and visibility into AI governance activities
- Track governance metrics and compliance indicators
- Prepare reports for leadership and governance committees
- Support governance audits and review processes
- Maintain records of governance assessments and findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Partner with legal, compliance, security, and AI teams
- Provide guidance on governance requirements and controls
- Support governance reviews during project delivery
- Promote awareness of responsible AI practices
- Contribute to the maturity of AI governance programs
- Stay informed about evolving AI regulations and best practices
- Evaluate governance frameworks and methodologies
- Recommend improvements to governance processes
- Support organizational AI governance initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Law, Compliance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, information security, or related disciplines
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience conducting assessments, audits, or compliance reviews
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience documenting policies, procedures, and standards
- Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical controls
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent report-writing and documentation abilities
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Experience supporting AI governance or responsible AI programs
- Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and standards
- Experience within regulated industries
