HRO Consultant I (Remote)

Summary

Mosaic Consulting Group helps businesses leverage UKG and SAP technologies to improve their operations. The Junior HRO Consultant will serve as a primary client contact, using UKG Pro to provide tailored HR solutions, advise clients on their HR systems, and support customer needs across service areas.

Responsibilities

• Understand the inner workings of UKG Pro and use that understanding to serve our clients’ needs
• Build a foundation on how to provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems
• Partner with others internally to support customer needs spanning across multiple service types
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

Skills

• Exposure to HRIS systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• Experience using UKG Pro
• Experience working in an HR Department
