Project Manager (Remote)

Summary

Mosaic Consulting Group is a consulting firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, specializing in leveraging UKG and SAP Technologies. They are seeking a remote Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications, while leading multiple projects and collaborating with both internal consultants and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients
• Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project
• Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies
• Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Engage in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the team and management
• Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution

Skills

• 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
• 3+ years of HCM implementation experience
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
• A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• CAPM or PMP certification
• Experience working with UKG products
