Summary
NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is a national behavioral healthcare provider specializing in acute psychiatric and complex medical care. The temporary Recruiter will support high-volume and full-cycle talent acquisition for clinical and support positions, develop candidate strategies, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and manage recruitment metrics and data.
Responsibilities
- Oversees talent acquisition support for hospital talent in a high-volume and full-life-cycle setting
- Identifies talent needs and creates actionable talent procurement and delivery strategies in collaboration with talent leadership
- Leverages talent acquisition tools and resources to deliver highly qualified candidates
- Provides support and insights on talent acquisition process recommendations and improvement
- Manages and presents key metrics for assignments
- Partners directly with business line human resources and operational leadership to deliver hiring targets
- Partners with our talent operations team in onboarding of candidates in the assigned business line, including background checks, drug screens, and all relevant communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing daily information and candidate data tracking
- Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
Skills
- Strong background in administrative support and excellent coordination skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including AI tools such as ChatGPT Work or Claude, Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including iCIMS or ADP
- Assessment, communication, and monitoring skills
- Ability to oversee, create, and ensure accurate documentation
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and multitask
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
- Exercise sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understand when to route inquiries to the next level
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames
- Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Prefer 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, agency recruiting, or human resources
- Previous experience recruiting clinical healthcare staff is highly preferred
