Summary
OncoHealth is a digital health company that helps health plans, employers, providers, and patients navigate the complexities of cancer through technology-enabled services. The Sales Development & Enablement Representative builds qualified pipeline through prospecting, supports sales proposals and collateral, maintains CRM accuracy, and assists the sales team throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Execute consistent outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts within your assigned territory
- Research accounts and buying committees to personalize outreach to each organization's priorities and plan design
- Serve as the right hand to your assigned sales team, making sure they have what they need to advance and close deals
- Contribute to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), questionnaires, and follow-up materials for prospective clients
- Handle all prospect, client, and member information in accordance with HIPAA and OncoHealth privacy and security policies
- Log all activity, next steps, and outcomes in the CRM so pipeline data is accurate and current
- Work with sales team members to ensure success across the entire sales process
- Work closely with Marketing to promote events, develop customized call campaigns, and track progress related to specific event success metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar background or relevant experience required
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals
- A great work ethic and willingness to be coached
- Positive and energetic phone presence
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities both internally and externally
- Looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a desire to begin and/or build a career in Sales
- Proficient in MS Office Suite proficient, with the ability to customize documents in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to meet specific prospect needs
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and comfort presenting over Zoom/Teams
- Some experience in healthcare, sales development, and sales enablement a plus although certainly not required
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus
