Summary
Petco is a pet care and retail company serving pets and pet parents through stores, veterinary hospitals, clinics, and related products and services. The Coordinator II, Corporate Licensing role manages licensing agreements, records, renewals, compliance, reporting, and documentation while supporting process improvements and cross-functional licensed product launches.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track licensing agreements, renewals, expirations, and amendments
- Maintain accurate records in licensing databases and systems
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and payment processing
- Prepare regular reports on licensing status, performance metrics, and compliance
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries for leadership
- Identify opportunities to streamline licensing workflows and improve data accuracy
- Support onboarding of new licensees and internal stakeholders to licensing processes
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving licensed product launches
