Job description
Summary
PIMSY is an electronic health record company serving the mental and behavioral health industry. The Billing Specialist will support the Revenue Cycle Services team by working claims from start to finish, managing assigned customers' accounts receivable, and delivering a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- This position will work claims from start to finish and develop relationships with a small set of assigned customers whose A/R you will be responsible to manage from within our own EHR
Skills
- 2+ years prior experience in mental health billing
- Strong organizational skills
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (e.g. data manipulation and pivot tables)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
