Recruiter- Engineering & Technology

Summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is hiring a Recruiter to support its Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing referrals and applicant tracking system records, partnering with hiring managers, supporting hiring events, and providing full-cycle recruiting support in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions
• Mining talent from our ATS
• Managing referrals
• Contacting candidates
• Partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
• Supporting hiring events
• Managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support
• Utilizes ATS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software tools/ solutions as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• This is a high volume, fast paced environment and will require attention to detail, ability to work independently, think creatively, problem solve and follow process
• To be successful you must have a demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition
• Utilizes ATS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software tools/ solutions as needed
• Would like to see candidates near MD for occasional onsite support
