Job description

Summary

Plenful is a healthcare technology company building an AI workflow automation platform for healthcare operations. The Business Operations Associate will build and improve internal systems and processes, manage workplace and IT operations, strengthen knowledge management, and lead cross-functional operational projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and day-to-day support
  • Improving company knowledge management, including Notion structure, governance, and documentation
  • Leading high-priority cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation
  • Identify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to make them more efficient and scalable
  • Maintain and improve Plenful’s workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, documentation, and operating processes
  • Lead cross-functional operational projects by defining problems, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and implementing durable solutions
  • Strengthen company knowledge management by improving Notion organization, governance, templates, and content discoverability

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similarly cross-functional role
  • Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion
  • Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams
  • High-growth technology experience preferred; healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus
