Summary
Progressive is an insurance company dedicated to helping employees move forward and live fully in their careers. The Graphic Designer will create visual solutions supporting learning, communication, and employee engagement across the Claims organization, while partnering with instructional designers, learning consultants, video specialists, and business partners. The role also supports internal branding through creative consultation, event design, conference support, and department-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- As a **graphic designer**, you'll create visual solutions that support learning, communication, and employee engagement across the Claims organization
- Partnering with instructional designers, learning consultants, video specialists, and business partners, you'll transform complex information into clear, engaging experiences that enhance understanding and drive performance
- Your work will shape the effectiveness of learning media, internal communications, and employee experiences
- You'll also support and maintain the Claims organization's internal brand through creative consultation, event design, conference support, and other department-wide initiatives
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of four years of experience in instructional design/development, media design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of one year of experience in instructional design/development, media design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need or potential need, of current or future sponsorship for employment
- Experience as a full-time professional graphic designer
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience in Figma
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG Standards)
