Summary
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients navigating specialty healthcare services. The role serves as a primary point of contact by processing referrals, resolving patient inquiries, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate patient records in CRM and proprietary systems.
Responsibilities
- Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
- Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
- Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
- Consults with Supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems
- Accountabilities in this role
- Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into centralized customer relationship management platform while staying updated on policy or procedural changes
- Resolve patient's questions and concerns regarding patient journey status
- Enter detailed, accurate, and clear information into company proprietary software while conversing via telephone
Skills
- High School diploma required
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and seamlessly multitask across multiple software programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centric focus
- Independent worker with time management skills and a solid work ethic
- Must be available for any assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (CST)
- The first 4-6 weeks will be strictly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) with mandatory virtual attendance
- Must have a dedicated, private, and distraction-free environment
- Hardwired broadband connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) required directly to the router
- Wi-Fi, satellite, or cellular connections are not permitted
- Minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload / maximum 30ms ping rate

- 2-4 years of customer-facing or call center experience highly preferred
