Summary
Recruiting from Scratch is representing a pioneering healthcare startup that believes everyone in the world should have access to personal doctors. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement while leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Utilize Figma to create compelling design prototypes that enhance user experience
- Analyze user data through PostHog to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives using tools like Claude and HeyGen
- Leverage Apollo.io and Exa for lead generation and customer relationship management
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies based on data insights
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or tech industry
- Proficiency in Figma for design and user experience projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as PostHog, Claude, and Apollo.io
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment, contributing to rapid growth
- Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare and their impact on user engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting
