Job description

Summary

Redwood Software provides full stack automation solutions for mission-critical business processes. The Sales Development Representative will respond to and qualify leads, generate buyer conversations, and create qualified sales opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining tracking systems, meeting engagement quotas, and improving processes and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads with speed and precision
  • Qualify leads through research, targeted communication, and listening skills
  • Collaborate with sales team members to schedule discovery calls and product demos with a high rate of conversion and attendance
  • Provide in-depth information to the sales team to enable qualified and productive discussions and product demonstrations
  • Identify and make recommendations for ways to improve processes and tools
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of contact engagements
  • Effectively record and maintain information within various tracking systems

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and prioritize appropriately
  • You have a proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and communicating the progress of meaningful objectives and goals

  • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Effectively communicate, coordinate, collaborate, and build relationships with Marketing, Sales, and other departments
  • Ability to pick up on technical concepts
  • 4-year bachelor's degree

  • Technical skills
  • Experience with CRMs and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
