Job description
Summary
rePLANET is a nature data and intelligence company on a mission to drive large-scale nature recovery. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to participate in every stage of product development, owning the strategy and development of multiple features while contributing to their mission of sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Identify and synthesize nature and business insights to shape long-term product strategy and short-term solutions
- Be comfortable with uncertainty. Be able to break down complex problems into smaller pieces and define clear requirements
- Apply data-driven thinking with an aptitude for quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Excel at working with data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Understand the user base and analyze profiles of key users to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with Design to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences
- Work cross-functionally - across engineering, data science, design, scientific and commercial teams - to ensure timely high quality feature delivery and effective commercialization
- Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics etc) or a related scientific discipline (e.g. ecology, biology)
- At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space
- Experience working at fast-paced environments
- Strategic thinking
- Analytical thinking
- Focus on User Experience
- Collaboration and team work
- Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in nature or climate related products
- Experience working with data and analytics and ML/AI products
