Associate Consultant - HB1

Summary

sa.global is a global Microsoft partner that delivers AI-powered, cloud-based solutions for service-centric organizations. The Associate Consultant will support HomebuilderONE customer implementations by following structured processes and assisting with configuration, training, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-implementation support while developing expertise in the platform.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and successfully pass a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of HomebuilderONE
• Follow structured plans to support HomebuilderONE implementations
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify potential issues
• Support system rollout and post-implementation support following company guidelines
• Attend all client meetings to observe and learn the implementation process
• Provide high levels of customer service by following established communication protocols
• Document and track project progress using designated tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams
• Continuously develop knowledge of HomebuilderONE, staying updated on product enhancements

Skills

• Experience in software implementation
• Background in the homebuilding or construction industry is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes and adapt in fast-paced environments
