Project Manager

Summary

SDB Agency is a digital agency serving fast-growing SaaS companies and working on innovative digital projects. The agency is seeking a senior Project Manager to manage multiple UX design, development, graphic design, and conversion optimization projects, coordinate clients and internal teams, oversee sprints, manage budgets and timelines, and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication – Handle daily client requests via Slack and email, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Project Coordination – Manage the execution of UX design, development, graphic design, and conversion optimization projects
• Meetings & Reporting – Attend client meetings, run daily team stand-ups, and oversee weekly sprint planning
• Budget & Timeline Management – Ensure projects stay on budget and are delivered on time
• Process Improvement – Work alongside leadership to optimize workflows, improve documentation, and enhance team efficiency
• Strategic Decision-Making – Have a say in how projects are structured and executed, ensuring they align with business goals

Skills

• At least 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a tech or creative agency
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Time-zone flexibility for client meetings
• Process-driven mindset
• Tech-savvy with familiarity with tools like Trello, Hubstaff, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Must be willing to relocate to Bali for the first 3-6 months
• Experience with marketing projects is a plus
