Summary
Spiralyze is the largest A/B testing company in the United States, specializing in running experiments on clients' websites to enhance customer conversion. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage testing roadmaps, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- You’ll manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and ensure tests move smoothly from idea → build → launch → analysis
- You’ll help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments
- You’re the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
Skills
- Organization and diligence. You like systems, checklists, and timelines. You front-load work, plan ahead, and don't stop until things are finished properly
- Communication. You default to over-communication. You proactively reach out to clients and teammates, flag risks early, and ask for help when you need it
- Smart and high agency. You learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and want to understand why things work (or don't). You're the kind of person who notices patterns and asks good questions
