Job description

Summary

Symetri combines technology and business process consulting to help firms plan, design, build, and operate land and buildings more effectively. The Change Management & AI Operations Coordinator Intern will support organizational change initiatives, process documentation, communications, training development, adoption tracking, and AI-enabled operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support organizational change-management initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking action items, and monitoring progress
  • Document business processes, workflows, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist in preparing communications, presentations, training materials, and user guides to support change adoption
  • Track stakeholder engagement, training completion, adoption metrics, and project deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure follow-up on key actions
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI tools, automation, and process enhancements
  • Research new AI capabilities and recommend practical use cases that improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support testing, implementation, and ongoing management of AI-enabled operational solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather information, understand challenges, and assist with continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain organized project records and provide status updates to leadership

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; or
  • Currently pursuing a business management degree, certificate program, professional development pathway, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes
  • Foundational understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, or technology-enabled productivity solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently after training
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or similar technologies is a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; or
  • Currently pursuing a business management degree, certificate program, professional development pathway, or equivalent experience
