  • Responds to and diagnoses service issues through discussions with dealership customers
  • Serves as single point of ownership for customer issues
  • Follows call center procedures, documents customer issues, includes troubleshooting steps and resolution in the call-tracking tool
  • Diagnoses customer issues and assigns appropriate support
  • Ensures resolution of issues
