Summary
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is currently seeking Technical Support Specialists who are bilingual in Spanish and English. As a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the single point of contact for customer support, focusing on troubleshooting various computer equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting our customers with troubleshooting computer equipment such as PCs, Scanners, Printers, Data Communication Equipment, Routers, Switches, Wireless, RFID, Antivirus and Firewalls
- Interact with customers and associates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
Skills
- Ability to think critically, analytically, problem solve, and work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess excellent verbal and written skills, in both English and Spanish
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications
