Job description

Summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company provides automotive dealership products and consulting services. The Service Advisor - Fixed Operations Consultant delivers customer support and consulting for Service Price Guides and Advanced Service, including custom implementation, issue diagnosis, sales opportunity promotion, and just-in-time consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Provides consulting services and customer support for our products Service Price Guides (SPG) and Advanced Service
  • Interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver a high level of customer service and support as it relates to the SPG and/or Advanced Service products
  • Responsible for custom implementation, diagnosing issues, promoting sales opportunities, and advance “just in time” consulting

Skills

  • Has experience in at least one of the following areas: dealership parts department, dealership service department, automotive repair/body shop, or automotive retail store
