Summary

The Implementation Specialist II will assist with implementing Nuvolo Connected Workspace products by scripting, configuring ServiceNow-based solutions, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring deliverables follow platform best practices and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Developing and configuring web services in our EAM platform, built on ServiceNow
- Configuration and customization of various Nuvolo Connected Workplace Products
- Working with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS & HTTP)
- ServiceNow development, configuration and analysis
- Using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs and others
- Working with Service Catalog
- Working with Service Portal
- Integration of EAM platform with various third party tools leveraging platform capabilities
- Assist in the assessments of client product usage and workflows to identify areas for optimization, increased efficiency, and value enhancement
- Perform your own and your peers’ testing, validation and code review
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript
- Knowledge of fundamental database concepts
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
