Job description

Summary

Trane Technologies creates comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. The Project Administrator coordinates project work packages, purchase orders, invoicing, reports, and regional project billing while collaborating with service managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely processing of project work packages and transmissions
  • Responsible for general administrative functions to include processing purchase orders and initiating invoicing
  • Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports
  • Communicates effectively with other team members

Skills

  • High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
