The Client Executive manages end-to-end relationships with assigned financial services accounts, leads account planning and reviews, and drives client retention, expansion, and adoption of new products.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end relationships with assigned accounts, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
- Lead account planning and business reviews, coordinating internal resources to align on strategic priorities and growth opportunities
- Facilitate client-facing and internal sales meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with Industry Executives and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new products and expand client solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers by understanding their business, identifying usage gaps, and driving retention and expansion initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience within financial services, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven ability to drive new business through prospecting (“hunting”), client engagement, and consultative selling
- Strong presentation, communication, and technical aptitude to effectively position complex solutions and close deals
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce, with a creative, analytical approach to developing and executing sales strategies; ability to travel 40% within assigned territory
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future
- Industry experience in credit, risk, fraud, or analytics strongly preferred
