Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

TrustWILL is a fast-growing post-purchase SaaS platform serving Shopify and DTC merchants globally. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the full recruiting cycle by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting systems, supporting sourcing, and assisting with onboarding and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams)
• Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving
• Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, indeed, etc.)
• Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion)
• Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals
• Help draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR admin
• Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource. business administration or similiar major
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both **English and Mandarin** (required)
• Are comfortable working across time zones and with async communication
• Have experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
• Move fast and stay calm when priorities shift
• * 📍 Remote to hybrid (base location in Cary NC)
• * 💬 Bilingual English/Mandarin required
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companies
• Experience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools
