  • Keep impeccable records in Salesforce so handoffs to Account Executives are seamless and attribution is accurate
  • Provide value-added market intelligence to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and quick learning in new situations
  • Excellent active listening skills and patience
  • Ability to think on your feet and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Embody the company's core values: teamwork, respect, curiosity, external focus, and adaptability
  • This position can be 100% remote, but employees must be located in : Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington state
  • BDR/SDR experience at a SaaS company, ideally in a vertical or healthcare market
  • Proven track record of high activity volume and quota attainment
  • Experience with Salesforce and a modern sales engagement platform (Nooks, Salesloft, or Outreach)
  • Familiarity with behavioral health, healthcare, or EHR software
