Summary
Vital Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Recruiting Department Administrative Assistant to support its Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on administrative coordination, interview and recruiting event scheduling, candidate outreach, college and community relationships, social media and employer branding, communications, reporting, and talent acquisition projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and VP of Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, recruiting events, and other Talent Acquisition activities
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, calendars, documentation, and information within the ATS and other systems
- Research new and innovative ways to reach prospective candidates and increase awareness of career opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, career centers, academic programs, professional organizations, and community partners
- Coordinate participation in career fairs, campus events, networking events, and other recruiting activities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team's social media and employer-branding efforts, including creating and coordinating recruiting-related content
- Assist with candidate and internal communications throughout the recruiting process
- Research and identify new networking and outreach opportunities to expand the organization's visibility in the talent marketplace
- Assist with recruiting reports, data management, invoices, vendor coordination, and other administrative activities
- Support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and special initiatives
