Job description

Summary

Vultr is a leading cloud infrastructure company focused on making high-performance cloud solutions accessible and affordable. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance their recruiting efforts, driving the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and refine compelling job descriptions and role specifications
  • Develop recruitment strategies and post job openings across appropriate job boards
  • Conduct structured interviews and use scorecards to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build a deep understanding of the roles you support, assessing candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment against business needs
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, driving urgency and accountability to move searches efficiently from intake to offer
  • Serve as a positive brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building strong relationships
  • Partner with the broader People team to support additional initiatives and ensure balanced team execution
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally in technical and/or high-growth environments
  • Experience conducting various interview types, including behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Hands-on experience with selection tools such as video interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
