Summary
Ascension is a nonprofit Catholic health system focused on service, growth, care, and connection. The Corporate Recruiter supports director- and senior director-level recruitment across multiple markets, manages end-to-end requisitions, builds executive partnerships, leads strategic sourcing, and provides recruitment reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Supports Director and Senior Director-level recruitment across multiple markets, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top executive talent
- Manage a full desk of director-level requisitions, delivering end-to-end recruitment support and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences
- Provide white-glove recruitment services while building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders
- Lead strategic sourcing efforts for complex, hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, and other recruitment tools
- Deliver recruitment insights, reporting, and updates to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to support data-driven decisions
Skills
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Strategic sourcing and recruitment partnership, focusing on hard to fill roles across various markets. (LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS sourcing experience required)
- Experience as a recruiter supporting finance and/or revenue cycle positions strongly preferred
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred

Must Haves
