Briddell Capital | Pennsylvania Home Care Operations
Briddell Capital is seeking a motivated and relationship-oriented Business Development Intern to support the growth of a Pennsylvania home care agency owned and operated by Briddell Capital.
This opportunity is focused specifically on the Pennsylvania Medicaid home care market and is designed for someone interested in healthcare business development, community outreach, sales, marketing, or healthcare administration.
The intern will work alongside agency leadership to learn how a Medicaid-focused home care agency builds referral relationships, conducts outreach, develops new business opportunities, and grows its member base.
This is a three-month unpaid internship.
During the internship, the selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to the agency’s business-development process and will participate in outreach, referral development, lead tracking, and market research.
At the end of the three-month period, performance and overall fit will be reviewed.
Candidates who perform well may be considered for advancement into a full-time Business Development position with commission-based compensation.
Successful completion of the internship does not guarantee employment.

Briddell Capital is using this internship as a development opportunity for someone who may eventually take on a larger role in growing the home care agency.
