Summary
CAF Outdoor Cleaning provides sustainable cleaning products, customer support, and training to create safer and cleaner outdoor experiences. The Regional Account Manager will grow and manage an established customer portfolio across the U.S. and Canada by building relationships, expanding CAF programs, retaining sales, and driving measurable account growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute CAF's account-management strategy as a collaborative member of the team
- Retain current sales and deliver agreed-upon growth within assigned accounts
- Grow existing accounts through customer calls, meetings, and training—both in person and virtually
- Monitor program execution through sales data, customer feedback, and site visits
- Build relationships from store management to corporate leadership to strengthen CAF program adoption
- Create account strategies that expand product use, program support, and profitable sales
- Plan efficient business travel throughout the territory and manage expenses responsibly
- Keep CRM records, work plans, reports, and sales forecasts accurate and current
- Track competitors, market trends, pricing, products, and best practices
- Resolve customer concerns and recommend improvements based on field insights
- Tailor sales presentations, training, and support to each customer's needs
- Partner with CAF leaders and sales teammates on rollouts, training, product testing, and account support

- * Professional fluency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and business partners in French
- * Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% to Québec and surrounding Canadian markets and within the United States
- * Residence within approximately 45 minutes of a major airport

- * C-store, retail petroleum, grocery, chemical, distribution, or JanSan experience
- * An undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience
