Summary
Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is an organization seeking a Recruiter I to support its talent acquisition efforts. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for behavioral health, residential, support, and administrative positions, while also assisting with onboarding and HR administration. Although primarily remote, the position requires periodic local travel for recruiting events and DTAC activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, direct care, clinical support, and administrative positions
- Create and post job advertisements across various recruiting platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare employment offers and communicate offer details to candidates
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and candidate progression through the recruitment process
- Represent DTAC at job fairs, career fairs, college recruiting events, and community hiring initiatives
- Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, workforce agencies, and community organizations
- Support new hire onboarding activities and employment documentation
- Assist with employee record maintenance and HR administrative responsibilities
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Skills
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally for recruiting events
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or other high-volume environments
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms
