Responsibilities

• Build and own automations, data workflows, and internal tools end to end, from spotting the problem to shipping the solution
• Partner directly with ad operations to identify the highest-leverage manual work and replace it with reliable systems
• Use SQL, scripting, and AI tools to turn messy operational data into fast, accurate, and repeatable processes
• See the direct impact of your work in hours saved, errors reduced, and campaigns launched faster
• Bring your own ideas for new projects and have the room to experiment and improve how the team operates

Skills

• You have a demonstrated track record (typically 3+ years) of building automations or tools that eliminated manual work and improved how a team operates
• You can write and ship code yourself—using Python, scripting, or similar—rather than only specifying what should be built
• You have hands-on experience building with or applying AI and large language model (LLM) tools to real workflows
• You are fluent in SQL and comfortable independently querying and analyzing data to make decisions and measure impact
• You have a bachelor's degree and are energized by open-ended, ambiguous problems that you can define, solve, and see through on your own
