Job description

Summary

eBacon is a FinTech/HCM platform built for construction and government contractors navigating Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage compliance. The Regional Sales Executive will acquire new B2B SaaS customers across a defined West region, owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach through signed contract and building business cases for deals ranging from $10K to $100K ARR.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across a defined West region territory. Average deal sizes run $10K-$100K ARR. You'll prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close -- with support from marketing and a tight internal team, but without anyone doing the hard part for you

Skills

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment you can speak to specifically
  • Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range -- you know how to build a business case and handle price objections without apologizing for the number
  • Outbound-first mindset
  • Strong discovery instincts. You ask before you pitch
  • You're a quick study on industry context. HR and payroll operations in the construction space isn't something most people know, but that's a challenge that you're willing to take on
  • All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
