Full-Time Appointment Setter

Gentask Virtual Assistance Services is hiring full-time appointment setters to pre-qualify Employee Retention Credit customers. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, dialer usage, and maintaining accurate customer records for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential ERC customers using the provided script
• Pre-qualify leads based on specific criteria and document responses
• Schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team
• Utilize the provided dialer for call management and tracking
• Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in the system

Skills

• * Must be available during EST
• * Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
• * Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead qualification
• * Ability to follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally
• * Comfortable using dialer software and CRM tools
• * Highly organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
• * Female candidates preferred
• * Background in financial services, ERC, or related industries is a plus
• * Proven success in an outbound calling environment
