The Mid-Market Sales Development Representative will generate sales opportunities and drive revenue by researching prospects, executing personalized outreach, qualifying leads, and collaborating with SDR teammates to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
- Execute on a personalized outreach strategy that includes emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging
- Qualify leads by learning about the prospect's approach to hiring and their unique recruiting needs
- Create new business opportunities for the company to grow revenue
- Collaborate with a dynamic and driven group of highly skilled SDRs to collectively achieve company goals and celebrate victories as a team
- Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
