Summary
Ibility LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Woman-Owned Small Business that designs creative products and programs for government leaders using human-centered design principles. The Organizational Change Management Demo Analyst will serve as a Momentum Subject Matter Expert, leading product demonstrations, preparing sandbox environments and test data, translating technical concepts for stakeholders, troubleshooting questions, and supporting user adoption and organizational change management activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Momentum Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading product demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and end users
- Demonstrate Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities, tailoring presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Prepare and maintain demo-ready sandbox environments, including loading, validating, and managing test data that supports customer business use cases and demonstration scenarios
- Develop and maintain realistic datasets and end-to-end business process scenarios to effectively showcase system functionality
- Translate complex technical concepts, system functionality, and business processes into clear, user-friendly language for stakeholders and end users
- Respond to stakeholder and user questions during demonstrations, workshops, and meetings, providing timely and accurate guidance
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and system-related questions in real time during demonstrations and presentations
- Partner with functional, technical, and program teams to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect customer requirements, business processes, and best practices
- Support user adoption, training, and organizational change management activities by serving as a trusted advisor on Momentum capabilities and processes
- Continuously enhance demonstration content and scenarios based on customer feedback, evolving requirements, and new system capabilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Momentum experience supporting a large federal contract or federal agency environment
- Demonstrated experience leading product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder presentations
- Strong knowledge of Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities
- Proven ability to translate technical information into plain language for business users, stakeholders, and end users
- Experience configuring and maintaining sandbox or test environments, including loading and validating test data
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues and identify effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and answer functional and system-related questions in real time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting Momentum implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or modernization initiatives
- Experience working with federal financial management, acquisition or budgeting processes
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Experience developing training materials, demonstration scripts, business scenarios, and user adoption content
- Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies
- Experience collaborating across functional, technical, and business teams to resolve complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to adapt presentations and demonstrations based on audience needs and stakeholder feedback
- Relevant Momentum, business analysis, project management, training, or related certifications
- Consulting experience supporting federal government clients
