Technical Business Analyst II

Summary

Jack Henry is a technology company focused on financial services, helping community banks and credit unions deliver secure, human-centered digital experiences. The Technical Business Analyst II will work with credit union staff to implement integrated solutions and core module products, analyzing existing processes, supporting installations, providing post-installation support, and coordinating communication across customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the customer’s existing products/processes and consults with customer to map existing system to the JH product
• Prepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training or support to the customer post-installation
• Oversees/performs system set-up for customers (i.e., parameter set-up, creates job files for processing, etc.). Ensures related business processes will run on software
• Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on functions, features and usage of software products. Support will be remote
• Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader
• Maintains effective communication with customers throughout entire project/case
• Identifies/maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution. Maintains customer issue list by application and ensures all are forwarded to the appropriate personnel for resolution
• Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users
• Provides training to less experienced peers
• May perform other job duties as assigned

• While the current schedule is primarily weekdays, some weekend and holiday work may be required in the future
• This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY, Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO
• What you'll need to have: \• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a financial institution or FinTech. \• Minimum of 2 years of ACH experience. \• Minimum of 2 years of Symitar experience
• What would be nice for you to have: \• Previous work in application analysis/product management \• Strong knowledge of Jack Henry products, equivalent competitor products, and understanding of application functions. \• Strong computer skills and knowledge of information systems. \• Strong business operations including concepts, structures, etc. \• Strong organizational skills. \• Strong ability to analyze/convert customer information and processes for setup in Jack Henry system. Analyze business information and processes. \• Ability to communicate complex information in user-friendly terms. \• Strong ability to work within a deadline-driven environment
