Summary

Job Duck connects professionals with remote job opportunities for U.S.-based employers. The company is seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing Assistant to translate and localize legal and marketing content between English and Spanish, manage website content, and support bilingual digital marketing projects while maintaining accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned deadlines while managing multiple content and translation requests
  • Handle internal, legal, and marketing information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Provide language and cultural recommendations to improve communication with Spanish speaking audiences
  • Translate legal terminology into clear, accurate, and audience appropriate Spanish
  • Assist with the development of Spanish language sections across organizational websites
  • Enter, update, and manage website content through content management systems
  • Translate website pages, advertisements, and marketing materials between English and Spanish
  • Localize content for Spanish speaking audiences, with particular attention to Spanish vocabulary and cultural context
  • Support the marketing department with the creation and adaptation of bilingual content
  • Ensure translations maintain the meaning and purpose of the original content
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to complete website updates and future marketing projects
  • Conduct terminology research when translating legal, marketing, or industry specific content
  • Maintain consistent terminology and brand messaging across Spanish language materials
  • Review translated materials for grammar, spelling, consistency, accuracy, and tone
  • Organize translation files, content updates, and related project documentation

Skills

  • • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • • Previous experience in marketing, digital content, translation, or a related field is required
  • • Ability to translate complex information accurately while maintaining the original tone and meaning
  • • Comfortable using content management systems to update and manage website content
  • • Strong written communication and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish
  • • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a marketing department
  • • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time
  • • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and comply with confidentiality requirements
