Summary
Georgia-Pacific is a Koch company and manufacturer of building products and other everyday products. The HR Business Partner- Recruiter will support hourly recruiting needs within the Building Products business by developing talent strategies, partnering with hiring leaders, managing full-cycle recruiting, and improving candidate experiences. The role also supports HR compliance, business objectives, culture development, and process excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support business vision to achieve qualified, talented hourly workforce
- Develop and execute hourly proactive talent strategies
- Develop and optimize our practices to provide effective customer support
- Own full-cycle recruiting across our business within the US; focusing on partnering with hiring supervisors to define recruitment and sourcing strategies, assess external/internal candidates against business needs, and apply interviewing techniques to assess for culture fit and knowledge
- Coach and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions and maintaining a high level of communication
- Manage the candidate engagement, while providing a positive experience and maintaining responsive communication, ultimately making Georgia-Pacific LLC a preferred employer to our candidates throughout the recruiting process. Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent
- Collaborate with HR team and business partners to understand the organization's talent position, identify gaps, and build short and long-term recruiting strategies/initiatives
- Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders

Skills
- Three (3) or more years of HR/ Recruiting related experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience working with unionized workforce
- SHRM Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources
