Customer Sales Analyst - Albertson's

Summary

Kraft Heinz is a leading food company and they are seeking a Customer Sales Analyst to join their US Sales team. This role focuses on providing business insights and growth recommendations through category research to support their largest customer.

Responsibilities

• Identify insights, present learning, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth
• Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals
• Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports
• Lead forecasting for team including base volume drivers, incremental event lift forecasts and inventory impacts to monthly revenue call
• Conduct annual category reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities
• Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives
• Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings
• Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases
• Identify, memorialize and scale best practice across the analyst organization

Skills

• Prior experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer
• Strong leadership skill with ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and drive action
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Must be a self-starter
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
• Experience with 3rd party data
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in Business Administration and/or related field of study
