Job description

Summary

Levanta is a creator affiliate platform for modern e-commerce, connecting brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a unified platform. The Business Development Manager will lead growth across EMEA by managing marketplace seller, brand, and channel partner relationships, defining sales strategies, presenting to clients, and driving scalable, measurable platform growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with major marketplace sellers (Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify), brands, and channel partners
  • Define and execute sales strategies for seller partners, lead client presentations, and support sustainable business growth on the platform
  • Contribute to the formulation and review of business development strategies for the EMEA market
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous performance optimization

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales and channel management
  • Extensive experience driving enterprise sales growth through consultative selling techniques, with solid analytic expertise in revenue forecasting, business planning, and pricing
  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing models, platforms, and best practices
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships
  • Proficiency in establishing scalable sales processes, reporting, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Hubspot)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action, agility to navigate complex organizations, and a collaborative nature that fosters high-impact partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS industries is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations is highly desirable
