Summary

The Human Resources Development Program is a 32-month rotational program that provides hands-on experience across core HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, and HR business partnering.
Responsibilities
- Through four rotations, each lasting eight months, you will be immersed in various HR functions – with opportunities to be a part of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging – you will have the opportunity to discover which HR function aligns with your career aspirations while providing real value to the organization
- During each rotation you will be provided with the opportunity to engage in strategic collaboration, diagnose needs and provide solutions, and build connections across the organization all while developing your leadership abilities through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders
- Roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation
Skills
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
- Senior standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale preferred

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
