Summary
North Shore Masonry specializes in residential and commercial masonry restoration and is seeking a Business Development / Marketing Manager to expand its presence in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. The role develops strategic relationships, generates new opportunities, increases revenue, and strengthens referral networks through territory marketing, networking, sales pipeline management, and coordination with estimating and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-based marketing and sales strategy
- Build relationships with property owners, property managers, insurance agents/adjusters, facility managers, and referral partners
- Identify, cultivate, and track new bid opportunities
- Generate an initial target of $2,000,000+ in annual revenue
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry associations
- Represent North Shore Masonry at presentations and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Assist with social media and brand marketing initiatives
- Support special events and large marketing efforts as needed
